Independent Sector Engagement Lead

Andy is the owner and Managing Director for Hearts First Ambulance Service based in Hertfordshire, which he took over in 2013, having worked for 8 years for London Ambulance Service.

His company specialises in patient repatriation in the UK and across Europe as well as providing regulated services in England.

Andy holds a degree in Business Management and Accounting.

A Scout Leader of many years standing Andy also sits on his local GP’s Patient Support Group and is also the Chairman of Hertfordshire & West Essex ICB IFR (Individual Funding Request) Review Committee.
