Status notifications on a profile
Expired / Delinquent account / Inactive | Payment has been cancelled / registrant has made use of HPAC services without paying for them / registrant has had their sponsorship revoked and has not yet set up their own payment method. |
| Temporarily suspended / Interim suspension | The registrant is currently under investigation. To protect the registrant, staff, patients, the public and employers an interim suspension has been applied. An interim or temporary suspension is not an indication of guilt. |
| Caution | A panel will have determined that the individual is considered fit to practice, although a level of concern remains which needs to be highlighted. Employers should discuss the presence of a "caution" on a registrant's profile and make their own determinations before deployment. |
| Suspension | Suspended from the register due to a serious incident or incidents which has had an outcome that concluded the registrant is not fit to practice. |
| Struck-off | Permanent removal from the register due to a serious incident or incidents which has had an outcome that concluded the registrant is not fit to practice. |
